Entertainment Leadership Academy (ELA) focuses on assisting artists, creatives, and entertainment professionals with developing the leadership skills and mindset to build, elevate and maintain sustainable success.  We understand that, for artists, attaining and sustaining success goes beyond creating, producing, and selling a project or service.  We also understand the challenges that comes along with entertainment professionals and arts organizations who are assisting artists with their careers.  With the future of the industry in mind, we also believe that arming the youth with leadership skills early on, is vital. We are here to help bridge the gap!
