Founded by Dr. India Dorsey-Gaston, artistically known as Indi Tyton, artist, educator, and leadership expert with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and three Master's degrees in Entertainment Business, Psychology, and Health, Physical Education & Recreation (HPER), ELA is where research-backed leadership meets creative wellness. Dr. Dorsey-Gaston knows firsthand about the pressures of performing, producing, and leading. With decades of experience in the arts and education, she built ELA as a transformational bridge between personal development, creative identity, and professional leadership.
